As a career coach, my approach is personal, direct, and grounded in real-world experience. I focus on understanding the whole person, helping clients see strengths and possibilities they may have overlooked. My goal is to reconnect people with their identity and build a pathway aligned with who they are becoming.

THE COACHING PROCESS:
Discovery
Goal: Build a deep understanding of who the client is before any assessments begin
The coach conducts one or more discovery sessions to truly get to know the client—their professional history, personal background, passions, values, dreams, and current situation. This establishes trust and provides critical context for interpreting assessment results.
Assessment
Goal: Gather objective insight into personality, skills, and character strengths.
You complete a set of curated and proprietary assessments that reveal how you think, what you’re naturally good at, and where your real energy lives.
Alignment
Goal: Build a deep understanding of who the client is before any assessments begin
The coach conducts one or more discovery sessions to truly get to know the client—their professional history, personal background, passions, values, dreams, and current situation. This establishes trust and provides critical context for interpreting assessment results.
Exploration
Goal: Research top roles to validate fit and gather real-world information
The coach and client research the top-scoring roles together—job analysis, requirements gaps, and market research. This bridges theoretical alignment with real-world viability.
Action Planning
Goal: Select a role and create a concrete roadmap to achieve it
The client decides on a role to pursue. Using the ECC Roadmap tool, the coach and client create a step-by-step plan including gap analysis, skill development strategies, specific resources and programs, and a visual timeline showing the path from current state to goal achievement.
HOW IT WORKS:
You’ll receive a career report at the end to give you direction for the path forward.
We meet with Zoom and for 6 one-hour coaching sessions.
You’ll work through structured homework assignments each week to help you identify your passions, interests, strengths, and cravings - to create a path forward for your future career.
We evaluate the coaching roadmap that you need to support you toward future success.
