I have had the privilege of being shaped by some great leaders throughout my careers in the military, law enforcement, and both public and private sectors. It wasn’t necessarily what they taught me, but how they guided me with their wisdom and experiences. I am equally shaped by my family and friends who have supported me through my most difficult times, always standing behind me when the currents got rough. That is where I derive my passion for helping others.
